Online Store FAQs

1. How long does it take to ship an order?

For all orders within Australia: We use Australia Post which can take between 1-4 Business days (especially if you are interstate in a rural area). Most orders are received between 1 – 2 business days from dispatch.
For all overseas orders: We use TNT Global Express. Most orders arrive between 1-2 Business days from dispatch and can be fully traced on the TNT website.

2. I didn’t receive a confirmation email from you when I ordered – did my order go through properly?

Did you receive an order number as you went through check out? If you did, chances are we got it and we’re processing it right now. If you didn’t then your order may not have gone through properly. If this is the case, please contact us asap so we can fix it and take your order.

3. I placed an order with you and I haven’t received it yet – where is it??

If you placed an order with us over the weekend, we haven’t processed your order yet, but we will do so as soon as we get back in the office.

If you placed an order with us during the week, chances are it’s well on the way, but there may be some delays with Australia Post. If you haven’t received your order and it’s been at least 3 days since you placed it, let us know so we can find out what’s happened to it. You will definitely get your order!

If you are one of overseas customers, we’ll ask TNT where it is. They hate it when we get grumpy with them. You will definitely get your order!
