Application:

Both topically (applied to skin) and/or internally (taken on a teaspoon or mixed with food)

Recognised for its anti-inflammatory properties, Emu Spirit Oil of Emu can be used both topically and internally to help relieve the symptoms of a wide range of Inflammation based ailments .

This product is suitable for conditions such as:

Arthritis	Burns	Rheumatism	PMS
Blisters	Dermatitis	Scars	Eczema
Cradle Cap	Psoriasis	Sunburn	RSI
Nappy Rash

Topical Applications:

When applied topically 2-3 times daily or as required, Emu Spirit Oil of Emu may bring rapid temporary relief from the pain and discomfort associated with inflammation based conditions, as well as damaged skin.

Internal Applications:

When taken orally, Emu Spirit Oil of Emu may be beneficial in providing temporary relief from the pain and discomfort associated with arthritis, rheumatism, PMS, eczema and psoriasis.

Recommended Daily dosage:

Start up dosage:	5ml-10ml per day
	(first 8-12 weeks only) (1-2 teaspoons)
Maintenance dosage:	2.5 ml – 5 ml per day
	(1/2 to 1 teaspoon)
Note: Start up dosage (Advanced and long standing conditions)
	10 – 15 ml per day
	(first 8-12 weeks only) (2-3 teaspoons)
For general health:	½ or 1 teaspoon

Tips:

Oil of Emu is suitable, gentle and soothing to use on babies and children, just apply to the affected areas of the skin.

Use a few drops in a warm bath to aid treatment of arthritic and muscular aches and pains and sporting injuries. It also leaves your skin feeling beautifully soft and smooth.

Remember, like most natural products, the Emu Spirit range will need time to take effect. Products should be used consistently and for the minimum period of time for best results.
