Some tips for summer while we're out of the office....

* Emu Oil is perfect to use on sunburn and sun damaged skin much like an after sun lotion. It will help reduce red, swollen skin and promote the growth of new skin, preventing damage. Emu oil will also soothe your skin and help zap 'sun-sting; so you can at least get a good nights sleep!

* New shoes are great but breaking them in isn't! If  you managed to score yourself a pair for Christmas but are prone to blisters Emu oil will reduce inflammation and will help speed up the healing process of your blister. A great way to treat your blister is to pop some Emu oil on it and either cover it with a band aid or slip on some cotton socks at bed time.

* If your psoriasis becomes worse in the heat Emu oil will help reduce redness and itchiness and promote the growth of new skin cells. Emu oil doesn't promote the growth of bacteria and keeps the area clean, so it's perfect if your skin cracks or you tend to scratch throughout the night.
